Good morning! welcome to vlogmas day 1. It's actually already like 2 pm.

Past simple

It's been a long morning. I lost my glasses, my camera battery and...

what's the third thing I lost? Oh! I broke my straightener this morning.

so I was dealing with all that... finally I found everything and I got my straightener working long enough

to deal with this disaster and... yeah we are back in business

so hi guys! welcome to vlogmas! and today I got some fun stuff plan

and I'm actually gonna go see Miko. I know that you guys really

want a video update on Miko. If you don't know who Miko is, search for M-I-K-O cats on YouTube

and the videos that I've made of her previously will probably come out

I'm going to visit Miko. My friend does not live in the same town as me anymore

which is really sad but she is just a few trains away so I can go to see her

when I want to. So I'm gonna do that today so that I can show you guys Miko an update you want hear

Actually, she's been having some problems with her nose recently,

she's been having really bad nose bleed and my friend took her to the vet

and the don't know what it is. They give her some cold medicine but it didn't work

I kind of wish that they would like think a little harder about what it could be

We have a feeling it's because the winter air is really dry right now and that might be affecting her nose

so I ordered a humidifier on Amazon and I'm going to pay for that and then hopefully it will arrive

in a couple of days so she can start using that and hopefully that will help

oh my god, I gotta get dress and get started because it's already 2 o'clock

oh wait, I gotta close this... wait, wait, wait... wait, wait

he can't wait he's really hungry. Ok I let you eat a bit

This new feeder is working so well guys, oh my god I love it. It was such a good investment. It was really expensive  but

It's working exactly how it's suppose to work. Luna can't get into here to steal Maro's food so

Hey guys I'm gonna show you how I make my veggie soup that I'm always tweeting about.

This is so easy to make if you have a slow cooker

If you don't have a slow cooker you can make it in a pot. I feel like it just take a lot more work if you do it in a pot

So slow cooker will make your life so much easier. Ok I'm missing one of the ingredients.

You also need to have some veggie broth cubes so I ordered the ones that I get from iHerb so I'm not gonna put it in today

It probably won't change the flavor that much but I'm assuming it tastes better with it in there

so as for veggies I've got orange pepper, broccoli and a red carrot

You can put in whatever you like, this is a veggie soup, so just whatever you have in the fridge

and whatever you can find in the grocery store will work

as for seasonings we are gonna be using some paprika powder, black pepper, soy sauce

and this is the most important one that makes it taste really nice so old El Paso taco mix

it adds a really nice flavor to it. You get the spicy one if you look at kind of spicy too

and then just for some extras to give the soup some light thickness, I'll put in some quinoa and also put in some of this soup mix

believe you can also get this one on iHerb. I'll try to link the stuff that it's available on iHerb so you guys can see exactly what they all are

but yeah, basically you just cut up all the vegetables and dumping all the stuff into this pot and you turn it on and it'll be ready in four hours

Since it's the first day of vlogmas, I thought to show you guys then on what I'm planning doing throughout the month

so on the last day of vlogmas, December 25th, I'm gonna be doing a giveaway finally

I'm so sorry that I told you guys I will do a 200k giveaway and then I didn't get it prepared in time so

I've been saving up more things to add on to it and to make it a big holiday giveaway at the end of vlogmas so

what I'm gonna do is I'm going to choose seven people from within the comments of the vlogmas videos

so if you guys leave a comment on every vlogmas video you'll have more chances of being entered into the giveaway

but even if you leave comments in a couple of them you still have a little bit of a chance so

either way, whatever you guys wanna do, but yeah I'm gonna choose seven of you and

I'm going to put together packages of things that I've collected from all over Japan

summer stuff that I got on trips when I was down in Shikoku or when I was up in Aichi prefecture

also some things that I picked up around Tokyo

other things or stuff that I've shown in videos, like stuff I got at the Pokemon Center that you guys said you liked so

some of them I didn't open and kept it that way so that I can send it out to you guys so

yeah, lots of different things I'm gonna try and put together

seven packages so I hope I'll have a little bit of something for everyone in there so

whoever gets it will be happy with it so that's one big thing I'll be doing this vlogmas, I hope you guys enjoy that

I also be doing some shout-outs at the beginning of some of my blog videos

two channels that I think you guys might be interested in so look out for those every once in a while

and other than that I'm just gonna be filming my daily life and bring some questions and answers

I'm also hoping to get in some live shows and some mail openings throughout the month so

Lots of different things to look forward to and all included in some recipes for you guys but I tend to eat

I tend to eat lots of the same stuff so I'm not gonna show you guys like what I've cooking every single day

because it would just be lots of soup and budel(?) bowls

but if I do make something new I will include some recipes

I also will be choosing for me to video to answer in the following videos so if you guys leave some questions

below this video I may choose your question to answer it at the end of tomorrow's vlog

also I'll be doing some travelling, I've got lots of plans to go back and forth to Tokyo to visit some people

that I'm really excited to see and do some business meeting and stuff that I may be able to involve you guys

and I'm not quite sure basically yeah, that's what it is so I really hope you guys enjoy this vlogmas

thanks again for joining me this year. I really look forward to because I had a blast last year

it was really neat being able to talk to you guys everyday. I really wish I can keep this up all year around

but it's just not like not something like I could do, it'd not be good for stress levels

but it is something that I really enjoy once a year so I hope you guys enjoy it too

And they let it ring for like a long time each time until it cuts them off I guess
