  • In this video, I'm gonna show you my top 10 sweets in Japanese department stores.

  • So what a lot of people don't know is that in Japanese apartment source, they have a really, really cool and unique sweets that you won't get in a lot of places.

  • One thing I want to say is that the department store sweets are quite fancy, and it's not kind of like an everyday thing you have.

  • Maybe they'll get it as a gift or they'll give it to someone like on their birthday.

  • Or just like for special occasions, or when someone just wants, like, a special treat, because it's not the cheapest in the world, but it's pretty freakin creative and unique.

  • And this is why we wanted to do this video.

  • You can definitely smell the hollandaise sauce and you can see the egg.

  • I'm just gonna put this crumb catcher underneath one big bite.

  • Definitely taste.

  • The hollandaise sauce is amazing.

  • And when the first bite, I was surprised they actually have some ham in here.

  • It's delicious.

  • It's like your own freakin meal.

  • Definitely freshly made.

  • It's just so good.

  • I could have, like three of these probes reckless, and I'm just so happy.

  • The pie crust.

  • It's really flaky, so it's not that I think is very, very thin.

  • It just crumbles when you take a bite.

  • I'm amazed how precise this is made with egg, and everything is just It's cooked perfectly so that there's still that egg yolk and it just melts in your mouth.

  • Very delicious, definitely unlike any other Castella I've ever tasted.

  • Look at this strawberry sensation.

  • The top of it looks like almost a freakin painting.

  • As you can see, it has 123456 different layers.

  • So the first and the fourth layer looks like they're the same as you can see.

  • There's like some red parts and in this like white part.

  • So maybe that's all like one later in itself.

  • At the bottom, you have white cake thing and then you have this crumbly cake.

  • Strawberry freaking.

  • That's a good strawberry.

  • Very tasty, so velvety.

  • That's delicious.

  • I was expecting to have a cake sensation.

  • It's all just silky smooth, velvety cream.

  • And then at the end you get the like, the crumbly bits of the bottom crust.

  • This thing is infused with that strawberry.

  • Goodness freakin amazing.

  • Oh, my drilling so good for my left just opened.

  • So you see the surface of the top.

  • It's pottery.

  • The color of this cake is so pretty.

  • It's really Japanese color combination, more like moose like the layers of loose.

  • And then what think is this red bar is really sour, like me only good sour like sure bears are this fluffy pink lose our like wrapping that timing.

  • It's refreshing, and I still like eating old days like the sweet stuff you know enough to another that there was gonna be, like, really tiring.

  • This one's really like Rudy and a bit sour.

  • It's nice.

  • Number three Premium soft ice cream from less Chocolat.

  • Th this chocolate store is always filled with chocolate lovers, and we are diving into this today.

  • Finally, some break in ice cream.

  • Don't know if it's gonna taste like a bread stick, and then it has kind of like a frosted strawberry.

  • Or maybe the secure a flavor on top.

  • And then in the middle, you have actually looks like the show cream like, you know, the cream pox has the likes crunchy flakes, maybe bread crumbs of some sort, and then it has another layer of maybe secreta or strawberry flavor.

  • All right, the signal.

  • But it's actually it's pretty light in itself.

  • Doesn't look like it to be a heavy day.

  • And like a little snack, let's try it out.

  • That was very crumbly when I ate everything, just like broken crumbled in my mouth when I took.

  • Abi definitely can taste the strawberry.

  • I didn't use the cream so much, but the strawberry at the end just like a really, really strong paste I ever had to like compared to anything for the U.

  • It almost as I got pop tart.

  • You know when you get like the Strawberry Pop Tarts and you don't actually put it in the toaster, and almost, it's like that.

  • It's definitely a lot better than a pop tart.

  • So you have this, um, chocolate layer and on the inside you have chocolate cake and then this middle thing I don't really know what it is because a custard almost like a piece of cheese.

  • And then this is like a chocolate mousse.

  • I'm assuming and then at the bottom, like a crust at the bottom right there.

  • Let's take a little taste of this.

  • A piece of chocolate, just like it's so thin that it just melted in my mouth.

  • Big goodness.

  • Holy freakin damn!

  • That is a creamiest sensation I've had in a long time.
