  • Hello, everybody.

  • Happy New Year.

  • Happy 2020 from Tokyo.

  • Are you guys having wonderful Yes, so far and it's treating you well.

  • I wanted to make this video to show you guys that I've updated a bit of the house orbit of the apartment in the area next to the kitchen because this apartment is 43 square meters, which for me is quite large because you know of come from a square meters and I went to 28 square meters.

  • Now 43 it's not bad, but I'm always finding you wasted utilize the space and where to put things and everything.

  • And I never really thought that I could fit an actual living room in this, uh in this apartment.

  • But now, looking at it, it just makes sense.

  • So we're living, We're married now, and I want to take you go through the process and how I got to this point and getting rid of all the other stuff that I had here beforehand.

  • Originally, the apartment came with a huge dining table that took up most of the space.

  • So we got rid of that, and then I was like, Let's get another dining table.

  • We got one fit perfectly.

  • We don't sit at the dinner table to eat.

  • We die.

  • Um, it's not really a necessity.

  • I think living in smaller apartments really help you find out what is a necessity and what is a luxury.

  • And for us, a dining table wasn't the most important thing.

  • Now that it's gone, I do miss the cutting space and having a little extra surface.

  • But if we can completely manages totally fine.

  • Also, before I had a giant monster era, it was huge.

  • I did not expect it to get that big really took over the space.

  • And even if I cut it down, it's still it was just too much.

  • I did not know how to control.

  • And plus, I already had another month's terrorist.

  • So two monsters.

  • So especially with having to really utilize all of space, the monster had to go.

  • But luckily, my friend Alex took it goodbye.

  • He's not dying, is just going toe Alex's house.

  • You've got to be quickly in a video.

  • Go Alex's house.

  • I'm taking my house.

  • Thank you for accepting him into your life.

  • Were walking?

  • Yeah, like a little caught down here.

  • So Yeah, and then we're gonna have all this space so we can walk outside and not be touched by the bythe She, yeah, leads right to the bug on now much more sun comes in, there's so much more space.

  • And now we can get outside to do the laundry very easily rather than having to step around.

  • The one stare upon reason I wanted the living room area is because I don't really have a separate area, too.

  • Chill out.

  • I really wanted a way to separate a workspace and relax space also.

  • Now we have a switch.

  • So it's been a really great way to just be like Okay, now is relaxed time and I play games and I don't look at my friend.

  • It's really good way to disconnect when you do everything on your foreign.

  • So replying breath of the wild and Luigi's mentioned, too.

  • Three.

  • Mr Even Go, and also we have crime car so Eric and I can sit and watch movies.

  • Also, the living room area is right next to the kitchen, so it's quite nice to be able to sit here and chat to someone while they cook or have the rice cooker going and cattle on.

  • Well, that kind of stuff, it's really, really great.

  • One thing that was difficult is underneath the dining table that we had before we kept our bins.

  • We have to slide up ins that people of that separated rubbish in them, and I have no idea where to put them.

  • And luckily, our space has, like, just worked out before.

  • It was kind of a little unfriendly.

  • How we only had out bed to sit on.

  • We had no other chairs.

  • So friends came out.

  • Really?

  • Oh, sit in our bed and talk to us.

  • Just felt a little bit strange.

  • But now we have this couch.

  • It feels a lot better having people over feel small, welcoming and nice and fun.

  • Okay, I'm gonna give you a quick to, uh, point everything out.

  • Explain a few things, and yeah, you space.

  • So next to the couch, we've got one of the bins.

  • So this is the thing that is full of stuff that doesn't smell like bottles, cans, lost me trays, milk.

  • Cotton's all that kind of stuff.

  • But we just kind of just really hiding it.

  • And it also doubles as a table so you can leave your mother TV or whatever you want on that.

  • So this is the couch.

  • We got this couch from Kia.

  • It was $200 1 of the cheapest.

  • Once that you could get that cold, Angus, be on and it fit perfectly.

  • Was so happy with it.

  • So if you have a small place looking Angus good catch.

  • Anything is these derivatives were still anything.

  • It's like kind of in that forever.

  • So just have a blanket here for get cold killers.

  • All that good stuff.

  • So this is that cabinet full of dishes in the microwave and Kevin stuff.

  • Right next to it is the TV.

  • So this is just any 32 inch TV, Relatively cheap dead pitch in for Christmas, and thank you.

  • Appreciate you and yeah, I can tell you from America.

  • And sudden yet kiss.

  • This is just for show because right now, national boning a Yankee candle spiced pumpkin.

  • I'm just going by officials.

  • And this is from Nakajima.

  • His notion is one my favorite places in Japan.

  • My mom got me this thing about it.

  • She ma ginger.

  • So the the shrine on the water and nice down here.

  • We've got the switch.

  • Super exciting stuff.

  • Love it so much fun.

  • Great time, but games really expensive.

  • Czar to limit myself when I have a game.

  • Two games that switch so many months.

  • I want another game, but I'm like, so expensive.

  • But I'll save up.

  • I'll get it will be fine.

  • This plan right here used to be on my desk in the other room, but you got way too big for his part.

  • H s o I'm a really big part.

  • Now he's probably gonna just get your big and be like the monster.

  • But I just like to see plants grow.

  • I don't know if any of you will remember this, but behind the sake Ponte, this is a, uh, a box for all the cables.

  • This is actually from my tiny apartment.

  • People recommended that I go.

  • One did get one in my tiny apartment that I never use it again.

  • And now it's finally getting some use that hides everything.

  • Amazing.

  • Also have the Pappas on the wall.

  • It's still doing its thing.

  • I just always go in and make sure that it hasn't attached itself to the wall, and it's relying solely on the hooks that I've used because it's a rental property.

  • They're just sticky hooks that can be pulled off very easily without damaging the paint.

  • Yeah, and then just the view outside.

  • No much to see good a plot that that's the washing machine.

  • But you do get a very wonderful amount of sky, a little light that comes in throughout the day.

  • Okay, the sun has fully gone behind a building now, so it's gone for the rest of the day.

  • But yeah, that's kind of it's like my little living room area.

  • Um, I'll show you guys.

  • This is right next to the kitchen.

  • The kitchen is Daddy signal how dirty the kitchen is moved.

  • Oh, God, I just wanted to show you guys like Hiss the couch.

  • And then here's the kitchen and that TV over that.

  • Sorry doesn't like here, kid.

  • It's like just on the edge.

  • I wanted to show you that I will say the kitchen's very dirty, said I want you to much of it.

  • That is not usually that.

  • Do not look at the McDonald's bag.

  • It was a hot day.

  • I'll say that's the other way.

  • Very cool.
