Hi, I'm Tiffany Young, and this is everything I do in a day.

My usual schedule is waking up around 10 a.m. It is an alarm that wakes me up.

So if I have to wake about 10 I'll have one at 9 45 9 55 A mental?

The first thing I d'oh when I wake up this definitely look at my phone.

It might be looking through calls, messages, e meals, instagram, Twitter.

When I actually get out of bed, the first thing I dio is search for Kathleen and I put on the sweater or a cardigan and some sweatpants.

I usually leave CNN on Go straight to be a copy.

My ideal coffee drink for the usual is an iced americano when I want to go crazy, nice caramel macchiato and then helping to the shower on an average, my showers last from 20 to 40 minutes.

I definitely let myself steam first because it's really good for your throat, and I'm usually just like, humming and singing.

It's the best in the shower, and it's a great way to warm up your vocals before rehearsal.

I wash my face and depending on the day, how many days it's panics fully.

T shave my legs, put some moisturizer on and then I head out.

So I'm definitely you bring or I have somebody on the team, unlike, Hey, are you around the neighborhood?

I have a notebook for rehearsal and I write down all the things we've heard each day.

So I go over that in the drive there and plan out what else I need.

It starts usually at 12 PM We start from warming up.

I might be in with my back vocalist and will be harmonizing for hours going over the set list, and the transition's over and over, and then we go song by song and then we'll record it and I'll step back.

And I want to listen and see what we need to work on.

If I need to change up anything in terms of rhythm or style and yeah, lock in lock in practicing Perfect.

So we're ordering in anything from salad.

I try not to eat anything too spicy so that I won't damage my vocal chords.

So rehearsal is definitely kicking my ass right now.

I usually unwind at the rehearsal studio for a little bit plugging in my ear pods, just kind of going over that rehearsal at this point.

Usually I'd probably go out, hang out with friends 8 p.m. Meet friends for dinner, have a drink.

Call me is when are you going to come in?

But I will be there at this point and ready Thio kind of relax and online and go home.

11 p.m. When I come home, any form of me relaxing She's come off first, change into my PJ's, and then I have my turban on my big, gigantic bo turban, and we go straight into racing all my makeup because your skin needs time to breathe.

Looking back at the greats and other tours were set up and just kind of channeling how I would want to create that in my own way And myself.

By that time I am texting family or friends on the other side of the world or my fans on Twitter.

Goodnight and yeah, I'm going to sleep for the short amount of hours.

I'm so glad I got to share my process and a little bit of what I D'oh!
