  • Hi, everyone.

  • I'm Gillian from line, babe, and I'm here with Vogue and I'm going to be showing you my glam look for my shows and we'll start with my bare face and then I'm gonna do my classic.

  • Had I and a couple other little secrets to show you I start with Rose Water and here is so I just spray a couple spaces like wakes up in the morning or gets you just refreshed.

  • This is my old school Dickinson's, Which Hazel just put a little bit.

  • Not that much can go under my eyes.

  • The classic T zone, which we all learned about what we're starting off life.

  • I kind of like Thio move around with my moisturizer.

  • I don't want to stay with the same one for too long just because I think my skin gets used to it, and then I need to switch it up.

  • So right now I'm using on Burt's Bees daily.

  • When I start, I put this all over me.

  • Usually rest.

  • I like to blend foundations.

  • When I was younger, I kind of started learning about makeup through just dance recitals.

  • My mom would teach me what to do so I kind of always think of it as a painting and colors and tones More than like, you have to use this specific thing.

  • You can see heaven.

  • I use it every day.

  • It's a Mac concealer and correct your palate.

  • So I just really start with just under the eyes like that, like very, very, very light.

  • I go under my nose here on Uh huh.

  • If it's a show, which it is, I'm gonna go a little bit more intense than I would do like my regular day.

  • So this one is Mac prolong where just right underneath that, because this one's a little bit more yellow, so I don't need it right under my eyes.

  • When you're a young dancer, they kind of tea.

  • Do you like the classic like ballet face, which is like, heavy on the contour?

  • So the T zone is the is the main thing to follow.

  • You always wanted focus on the side of your face and your eyesight island just really X century, what's already happening?

  • So I'm just lightning underneath my eyes around my chin, my nose and like my forehead.

  • So I'm trying to just basically look at what looks like a natural light and then enhanced those qualities.

  • So this little thing So if you can see I'm just literally blotting under my eye.

  • It's starting to smooth out is very rare.

  • To find the perfect foundation, I think I always have to kind of mix it up a little bit.

  • So this is my darker tone.

  • So the darker tone is gonna be on my cheeks like below jawline and then even to get more drama.

  • I learned this from the drug Cleans and RuPaul's drag race.

  • If you if you start to kind of dark in this, this is a natural shadow.

  • You can see my nose.

  • You can make it a little smaller.

  • You want to start doing your foundation right after you've done your moisturizer because it's kind of nice to have them blending in with each other.

  • This one, I'm just blotting directly.

  • I'm gonna do a little fish based go from here down like that.

  • Okay, so now I'm gonna d'oh my eyebrows.

  • I'm not a huge brow person not obsessed with the thick brow thing when everyone's into.

  • But I kind of just like Thio, accentuate what's already happening and not go to crazy.

  • So you see there like pretty white stone, but just more shaped than I just use this other side and blend slightly.

  • Okay, So that so Now we're gonna start with the eyes.

  • Everything else is pretty fast.

  • So this is the hard part.

  • So I got this, Mac, It's a powder flash, but for some reason, I love it as an eye color.

  • I am notorious for just using everything for whatever I think I should use it for which I think, you know, it's makeup so I can go all over your face.

  • Sometimes there's a great I pencil that ends up being a great lip liner.

  • Or you can put lipstick on your cheeks for a rouge on dhe.

  • Sometimes you're on the road and you only have a certain amount of things.

  • So I'm just gonna, um, hit the lids very lightly.

  • So I love because it's just tonal again, Um, bike from far away.

  • It's already getting some depth.

  • So my mom would I think my first real memory of her doing my makeup would be my dance recitals.

  • So every time, uh, she would do a full you know, I'm like nine years old.

  • If I got, like a full cat, eye lashes and everything else this is who is this person?

  • So I bring it up.

  • This is like the old show girl lives.

  • So you you bring it all the way up to the row, and then I'm gonna later add, like, a lighter tone.

  • So next I'm actually gonna do my lashes.

  • My one cheat is I will do a tiny bit of liner first, just in case, if there is a space, you won't see the gap, so I'll just start from here and then yes, and this could be doesn't have to be super perfect yet.

  • This is just like, just in case of lashes.

  • So I'm a drama queen on stage.

  • So this is my favorite part.

  • I love lashes.

  • I have long eyelashes, but I think Alaskan do so much for you on stage first, I'm gonna just fit it.

  • I just want to make sure that the lash is not to bomb.

  • Okay, so this is this is me.

  • So I'll just kind of close my eyes and do this for a second.

  • Like, it looks weird, but like I do something like that just to kind of see if it's okay.

  • Like how it's looking.

  • So you see, I can see.

  • Okay, this is gonna be, like, really dramatic.

  • So make sure it's not too long.

  • Lashed glue, if you can find them.

  • I love black lash blue because it looks like Black Island or so if you mess up, you kind of know messing up.

  • And then so I'm just literally gonna take it on a mattress you can use, like a Bobby pin or a tweezer to just kind of, like, help you align stuff.

  • So I'm just using it to just pack any price that's sticking out.

  • I was gonna go down so far.

  • What?

  • I've gotta lash going.

  • This is also why I like to do the lashes first because you kind of conceive how lashes are shaping your face and then decide on the liner from there.

  • So I'm gonna do a liquid liner.

  • I've always just loved like the foxy girls vixens.

  • I love Sophia Loren.

  • Brigitte Bardot, Maryland.

  • They all have classic cat I vibes.

  • Definitely our line or girls.

  • I think it's just kind of been my look, my whole life, I can just because I like my arm and shaped eyes.

  • So I like to accentuate what's already going on.

  • When I mess up.

  • I just use a Q tip and my makeup.

  • You pull it so the shape doesn't get messed up, and then just gently remove the excess.

  • I really don't worry that much makeup when I'm not performing because I'd like to just give my my self a break.

  • And then now I'm just gonna do a little bit get this lion thing going.

  • So I just want it from really, really hurt connects it to the lash.

  • So I just did this kind of little linden right here.

  • If you can see it's like this little corner, so that just gives me even more of the feline.

  • And for me, I actually think my eyes look more open when I don't do a bottom line.

  • My last things that I've done the lashes of done the liner eyes.

  • Now add mascara.

  • Um, here we go this literally small amount, and I also like to look down, even if it helps with sealing the blue and all that together.

  • Okay, so that's why I'm going now.

  • I am doing a show.

  • So I'm gonna actually add a little bit more pizazz.

  • I'm gonna use this center.

  • One which is like, you can see, it's like a gold kind of gold, just like metallic.

  • I think metallics are very fun and easy to add to pretty much anything.

  • I'm just gonna hit with my finger right on the corner.

  • It's life.

  • And then, as you know, as you get warm, your your skin starts to warm up to you.

  • So it's nice to not feel overly met, so I'm just gonna go right in the corner of my eye like this Takes out a little right near the line I drew, So I just come back.

  • Thio Homegirl here.

  • I just cleaned up my eyes.

  • I'm gonna do some bronzer now, finish up the skin and then we're gonna end with the lips again, like that weird face.

  • All right.

  • In fact, I kind of go into my hairline because, like, for this look, obviously my hair slicked back, so it's gonna be nice to have it fully happening, and then I actually just go on my neck.

  • Sometimes my neck is a a little bit, uh, later we're looking fab everyone thistles.

  • A fine little a secret that I do have freckles.

  • But obviously when I put on a lot of makeup, it's hard to have him come up.

  • So I like to just kind of draw extra freckles is a brow liner again.

  • Everything is multi purpose.

  • Also, I'm just gonna not You don't wantto be symmetrical.

  • But if I have freckles anywhere, I see freckles.

  • I'm just gonna kind of accentuate that.

  • And it's just, like a nice little texture.

  • So it gives you some, and now we'll do some lips.

  • I'm gonna do more like a berry, I think, because it will just pop more.

  • Um, this is a great show.

  • No, just lipstick brush.

  • So for this, I'm actually just gonna block a little bit and then kind of again blended with my finger and then add some gloss to make it look.

  • It's like more of a natural feeling than actual to find.

  • You don't need that much again.

  • My finger, good old fingers.

  • And I just I'm gonna do the center that I go back to home girl.

  • No, I call me make a home, girls.

  • But my friends care of me.

  • I'm just gonna go right over the nose.

  • So I've kind of mix up, You see, a darker I'm just gonna go back over with the light, and I'm just gonna go right underneath the brow.

  • I think that it adds a little bit of machine.

  • So my last thing is, I'm gonna do powder.

  • This is, like, essential for me because I get half of them on stage, you know, to be crazy.

  • Don't be heavy handed.

  • And I first just like this a little bit, same thing, and then you're just gonna blend lightly since I have drawn my freckles too.

  • I don't want to go too heavy handed on this pride as well.

  • Last but not least, since I'm doing a show, a setting spray.

  • So this is going to just hold everything together.

  • So there you have it.

  • I've got my fierce cat.

  • I got my freckles.

  • I've got my very lips, and I'm ready to give him how thank you for being here.
