  • Oh, yeah, Here we go back at it.

  • We're hearing shortage.

  • Park Snow is literally coming down, but it's time to do some Burpees.

  • It's time to do some shadow box, and I don't have much ground here.

  • There's not snowing, but I got enough to bust out some Burpees and shadow box, and we got 27 minutes of pain coming up here on day.

  • I made a video yesterday about how physical practice is so important.

  • You gotta keep that mental health strong, especially when it's a great day.

  • It's snowing outside.

  • You don't know what's going on.

  • You don't know what's happening with London.

  • All that stuff.

  • You gotta get out here, get that physical, get into the body.

  • It's where all the answers lie inside at the end of the day.

  • So I find getting in some hard physical practice, pushing myself to the limit.

  • It's great.

  • Reset a great way for you to be cleared my mind.

  • So again, no excuses.

  • Put in the work you will get the results on.

  • That's what I'm about to do right now.

  • It's actually not that bad out here.

  • Come on.

  • It's like minus one.

  • Little snow's coming down.

  • I'll make it right, I'll make it.

  • And when I get done with this, I'll feel great and I'll be an asset to society.

  • I'll be vibrating on a higher frequency.

  • I'll be putting out good energy, good information on and hopefully taking the city to the next level.

  • That's what we're doing here.

  • So I just want to send peace out to everybody.

  • Maybe 20 years ago, when I got to London, I felt all awkward and weird.

  • It was like dancing for the first time.

  • And now I shadow box like a pro.

  • You know, people, somebody, sometimes they come by here and they stop.

  • They just watch me for a while.

  • I'm turning 50 this year So what's your excuse?

  • That's what I'm asking.

  • What's your excuse?

  • So get it done.

  • If you're inside, get some yoga.

  • Done.

  • Goto YouTube.

  • Get a 15 minute workout.

  • Do some yoga.

  • Do some Burpees, do some shadowboxing.

  • Get that body moving daily.

  • Physical practice.

  • It's the way we stay strong in this, uh, in these times of difficulty and these locked down times, let's hopefully they open up those gems up as soon as possible.

  • So we get our physical health back our mental health back and go forward to 2021.
