  • So the government's trying to put us into Tier five locked down right now.

  • They shut our gyms.

  • They shut our hospitality.

  • Venues are pubs are restaurants, cafes.

  • We can't meet anybody outside of our homes.

  • And that means a lot of us are having mental health struggles and physical health struggles, which leads to immune system issues, which, of course, isn't great for what they're trying to protect us from.

  • So I'm here in my stairwell, Jim, very fashionable high ceilings, and I'm here with my yoga mat, courtesy of Diamond Dallas Page former American wrestler and I got my jack straps on thes restrict the blood flow.

  • Apparently, I'm trying him out for the first time, and I'm about to do my one hour DDP y Diamond Dallas page yoga routine right here.

  • Okay, it's not glamorous.

  • It's not glamorous, but I'm finding a way to make it happen.

  • All right, I am not a victim, and I don't want you to be a victim, either.

  • Yes, it's true.

  • Our politicians and our leaders have failed us.

  • They have lied to us.

  • They're taking away our freedoms, but it doesn't mean we have to give up.

  • It means we can push back.

  • We can protest.

  • We can propose better ideas and solutions.

  • We can use their own numbers against them.

  • But it doesn't mean that you can quit.

  • That's not what we do here.

  • And so that means you gotta find a way to get that physical practice done.

  • You've got to find a way to stay mentally focused.

  • You've got to find a way to lead your people.

  • That could be your family, your friends, your colleagues.

  • You've got to find a way.

  • So one of things I do every day to make sure I have a physical practice every day and I make it happen.

  • No matter what, I'll run outside.

  • We'll do Burpees outside.

  • I'll do yoga in a stairwell on.

  • That's what I'm doing right now.

  • All this stuff is free online.

  • You have no excuses.

  • So don't let this stuff feed into your own mental and physical harm.

  • It's not acceptable and you need to take responsibility.

  • So, of course I would prefer if my June was open.

  • You watch me break dancing right now and I miss break dancing.

  • I miss lifting weights.

  • I miss punching the bag, but I don't have that option right now, so I'm not going to allow that to make me a victim.

  • I'm gonna push on.

  • So bring on the tier five toe.

  • All of you politicians, I'm gonna stay mentally and physically fit and keep moving forward.

  • I encourage you to as well.

  • I want to thank time in Dallas.

  • You could go running.

  • You could do Burpees.

  • You could do shadowboxing.

  • You just gotta be creative and find a way to find a way to make it happen.
