  • Every generation wants to rebel against the last, and every generation of pirates becomes the norm of the next.

  • But something has shifted.

  • My view is that this is a Maslow level.

  • So you know this notion of Mazda, the simplified version is not until we've got the food and shelter that we could go and get jobs in life.

  • But then eventually we've made some money that we give back.

  • I perceive a generation who is not waiting to give back.

  • They're not going to take in the first place.

  • They're not going to accept the kind of business models that we grew up before our way through.

  • So then get the talks and then they could be benevolent back to the community.

  • They were refused to build things in that way.

  • I've worked with young people in rural areas and urban areas, educated and completely on the fringes, on this sense of commitment, dedication to a more positive philosophy of being off benefit and service to their community.

  • When that's their street with world, their sense of ambition and scope, andan understanding and awareness of the changes required is frankly phenomenal.

Every generation wants to rebel against the last, and every generation of pirates becomes the norm of the next.
