You have not met your requirements and have 125 demerits.

You will not move to the penalty zone until you have a review with your provider on with center link to see if your requirements still fit your circumstances.

If Centaline decides that you can meet your requirements, you will move to the penalty zone, where you will get financial penalties.

If you miss a requirement and don't have a good reason, you will lose one week's pay.

If you miss another requirement, you will lose two weeks pay.

If you still don't meet your requirements, your payment will be canceled.

You will have to wait four weeks to reapply.

There are also immediate financial penalties.

If you fail to accept or start a suitable job or quit or are dismissed for misconduct from a suitable job, your payment will be canceled and you have to wait four weeks to re apply.
