  • you know what's silly breaking news?

  • Indoor cat has apparently never been fed in his entire life.

  • We have our reporter, Kitty Cat Rick, on the scene now.

  • So you say that you haven't been fed in your entire life.

  • Is that true?

  • Fish breaking news sources close to the source back up the claims and say that they too have never been fed in their entire lives.

  • What cruelty is possibly going on right now?

  • Breaking news Turns out that the indoor cat and the sources may have actually been fed.

  • As recently as today, an internal investigation has been opened.

  • Breaking news.

  • The case of the UNF ed Cats has been closed.

  • The cats have been arrested on fraudulent claims of never being fed.

  • Their mother is devastated.

  • E just don't know why they would say that.

  • I feed them twice a day.

  • Four of them are on medication that I have to administer every 12 hours.

  • Jimmy just had a brain tumor, had to go through radiology and got this really cute certificate.

  • Maybe we're a little bit of data that said he graduated.

  • It was really adorable.

  • And there you have it.

  • Ah, Mother's milk is never done.

  • In other news, a catnip bust is underway as authorities close in on one of the biggest kitten kaboodle we have seen in quite some time.

  • Yes, that is very silly, and I don't regret it at all.

  • What's also silly is anxiety, which is beautifully defined as intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations.

  • I've talked a lot about anxiety, depression, panic attacks and the list of mental health issues that a lot of us deal with on a daily basis.

  • And, of course, I'm very open about going to therapy and therapy advocacy because, yo, if you go to the gym, you should also go to the gym.

  • Hello, I'm Jim.

  • Take a seat on Let's work out your feelings and one tool that I've learned in therapy that has been very helpful and interrupting anxious thinking is to turn around every question your anxiety poses.

  • So, for instance, when your anxiety says everything is gonna fall apart, you ask, what if things work out and when your anxiety insists there is no point in trying because you are gonna fail at this, you ask, what if all my hard work pays off and on and on.

  • Our default is to really dwell on the potential of bad outcomes.

  • It's like biological right.

  • We have this negativity bias.

  • We wanna be prepared so we can survive, and you don't want to necessarily avoid your anxiety.

  • But you also don't want to indulge in it.

  • So this pattern of posing and opposing question to your anxiety will force you to consider both extreme outcomes.

  • And the idea was that eventually you sort of rationalize and realize that your reality is gonna straddle somewhere in the middle.

  • E hope this else.
