  • meet your requirements. This means your payment could be affected.

  • Use your jobactive account to help manage your requirements and keep

  • track of what you need to do. Your dashboard will show you

  • if you are meeting requirements, if you have demerits,

  • and, if you have financial penalties. If you have a provider that will explain

  • the compliance system and rules and support you to meet your

  • requirements. Talk to your provider if you have any questions, or you can call

  • the national customer service line on 1800-805-260.
