So in Canada for dinner, we often have a backyard barbecue. So it's kind of like the barbecue that you have in a restaurant, but we do it in our backyard, on the porch. So a dinner time we have our friends or our family come over and we barbecue. But the weather is really nice. It's a little bit cool, but it's been warm all day. And while we're waiting for the meat to cook, we drink beer or wine so the meat will be maybe hamburger, maybe hot dog on the weekend. Maybe steak or ribs and for side dishes will have like something that's very fresh from the summer, like corn on the cob or green beans or potato salad or coleslaw. These are all very summery foods, and we'll sit around and we'll talk and we'll drink and then it will get dark and we'll go inside. And I really miss that about Canada.
