you know?
-
Well, good morning.
-
We're not in Tokyo.
-
Not at all.
-
Check this out thing.
-
But this story actually started yesterday when Alexander and I hopped in a car with a full tank of gas and no destination and headed right out of Tokyo S E s.
-
So here's the situation.
-
It is currently just before 2 p.m. My brother Alexander and I are in the mountains somewhere near the base of Mount Fuji.
-
We hopped in a car this morning with no destination.
-
But you see, there's a catch to all of this.
-
And that catch is the weather.
-
The weather forecast said the rain was supposed to stop somewhere around 10 a.m. It's like two o'clock way stuck around in the area for a bit, but it didn't look like the weather was gonna get any better.
-
So we decided to try and leave.
-
But it wasn't that easy, was it?
-
No, uh, pretty hard plot twists the area we're trying.
-
Todo has been flooded out.
-
We can't go.
-
Okay?
-
All the roads were blocked off and we can't get out of here because we managed to take some back roads.
-
Nobody on this road feels incredibly suspicious.
-
This, ladies and gentlemen, is an adventure.
-
We have no idea what's gonna happen next, Okay?
-
Not yet.
-
He isn't.
-
All right, we got turned around.
-
This road looks really nice, and I want to get one or two pictures.
-
So we're kind of tucked in the trees here, getting rained on getting rained on, but we just had to get out of the car.
-
We've been in the car since, like nine o'clock in the morning.
-
It's currently 5:30 p.m. I definitely wore the wrong shoes for today.
-
A leader sent me these really awesome shoes.
-
It's the bottoms of the shoes are made to allow water to drain through them so you could go into the water and have an adventure.
-
But, um, it works both ways, so my feet are soaked.
-
I've got a pretty good case of squishy feet.
-
Shall we get back to it?
-
Sure.
-
There wasn't much of a point rolling up the pants anyways, back to our story.
-
We did manage to escape inevitably, and we made our way out to an Oshima.
-
Mind you.
-
By the time we got there, it was pretty much dark.
-
It is currently 9:30 p.m. We just finished up at one of my favorite places here on N Oshima are now leaving an own same spot, kind of pool kind of thing.
-
It was more of a no cameras situation than anything else.
-
Hence the fancy green curtains.
-
Alexander has never been to n Oshima or Kamakura.
-
So we're just gonna take a bit of a brotherly walk so far.
-
What do you think?
-
Pretty peaceful, actually.
-
Yeah.
-
Nice and relaxing.
-
It is like the atmosphere just for reference.
-
There's actually a lot more to end Oshima than this way.
-
Thio.
-
This wall has a really Jurassic Park field to it.
-
Hmm.
-
The unfortunate thing, though, is that we kind of ran out of time pretty quickly in N oshima.
-
We're building a small list of things that were going toe have to come back for after we finish up in an Oshima.
-
Yesterday we had a bunch of energy left over and I said, Alexander, what do you want to do?
-
And he was like, Could we go see some car stuff?
-
Heart of dinner?
-
Welcome to die Cocoa Photo.
-
What do you think it is beyond amazing?
-
A relatively quiet night of Diet Coke.
-
What did you think?
-
Pretty awesome.
-
And also, we found this, like, abandoned bowling alley on our drive.
-
Check this out.
-
Mhm.
-
This room here is filled with balding balls.
-
Stately.
-
Yep.
-
Well, that was a neat little side adventure.
-
The art here is actually really well done.
-
Look at that on the wall over there.
-
That's fairly well painted.
-
Yeah, extremely well.
-
So we head back way, E way somewhere.
-
It all points, right?
-
Way made the best of it.
-
Definitely.
-
I don't think there were any wasted way.
-
This'll night will be okay, quick.
