  • two words we're going to start with the the H sound to do this relaxed mouth

  • relaxed tongue and the air just moves out of your mouth next we're going to

  • add the air vowel and to do this open your mouth wide tip of your tongue is

  • very low in your mouth and the back gets pulled up and then you're going to move

  • from there to a more tense square lip shape so your mouth is going to close

  • and when you do this your tongue is going to either point down or flip back

  • air air or you can do air air whichever one works

  • for you just do not let the tip of your tongue move and do not touch your teeth
