  • you know, you go after socialism in the book and it's for me.

  • It's hard to fathom that anyone in America could entertain socialism.

  • I mean, if it's not hammered into your head.

  • Capitalism is a kid in High School East.

  • When I grew up in the eighties and nineties, at least it's assumed it's just strange, because if these kids or these people in the colleges, if they really could understand what a socialist country would look like, you know it would look nothing like they would do.

  • They would never have the opportunities or any of the lifestyle they would have unless it was capitalism.

  • But they won't see that and would never see that without a 30 or 40 year delay or going back to history.

  • Is that right?

  • That's exactly right.

  • We have it so good that our young people and our radical politicians are able to flirt with the idea of socialism because they they've got young people who have not necessarily been taught what socialism was.

  • I mean, they we've got anti fascists out in the streets who don't understand that Adolf Hitler was a socialist, that the USSR has socialism in its name that socialism is a long held manifestation of the left.

  • Ah, and when you have collective control of the economy and private property, you control individuals and basic ingredients like private property.

  • Look at the autonomous zone in Seattle.

  • That's because people have been taught the utopian Marxist ideas that we can all just get along and we can all just shared.

  • It always fails, but they feel good about themselves and they haven't been taught otherwise.

  • Listen, capitalism's harder to teach.

  • It's harder to understand the hidden hand of the market to understand incentives if you haven't been taught what what Ernest Day's work means and how valuable it is to the human heart.

  • It and it's socialism is promising heaven, but always delivering hell.

  • And if you don't pick up a textbook and understand or talk to a first generation immigrant came from a country like that, you don't understand how quickly we could descend into that.

  • If we don't guard the things that have made us the most prosperous country in the in the history of humanity in the amount of medicines and technologies and human advancements, just walk into your kitchen or your living room or your car or turn on your TV or use your telephone.

  • I mean, this is a world formed by American innovation and invention on people's lives.

  • Billions lifted because of it.

  • Yet to somebody who's never learned that America is just not good enough.

you know, you go after socialism in the book and it's for me.
