We made it! We were supposed to come to my friend's cafe when she opened a little over a year ago

but she caught a really terrible flu so...

about a year and a half later, we're here. We're out in the middle of Kashiwa

kind of like on the countryside and she opened up a cafe on her property

because her parents used to have a shiitake (mushroom) farm

but they don't have that anymore so now they have this really beautiful cafe that we're about to go to.
-
Yeah it's really nice here and they open at 9:00 a.m. and they only open up on a few days on the weekends
-
Yeah because she still works during the week so she does this on the weekends with her family, this cafe.

But it's like it really is in like the country but it's a beautiful area.

There's already like... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...

they can get it from their neighbor's farm... yeah, it's pretty awesome.
