  • everyone, Welcome back to the Japan Guide Kitchen.

  • A little side project in would be focused on simple Japanese recipes to try at home.

  • Today we're going to make okonomiyaki.

  • A savory Japanese pancake will need cabbage, clean flung eggs, stock powder, sliced meat, cheese, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise cut to a bush shavings, vegetable oil and a spatula for flipping.

  • Okay, I'm gonna get started by slicing the cabbage and putting it aside.

  • Next, we're going to make a batter first.

  • Makes the flower with stock powder, then at the eggs and water and mix until smooth.
