That is amazing.
-
You guys have the airport right now.
-
My flight leaves in about 20 minutes, and we are on our way to North Carolina.
-
A brief stop in Chicago.
-
By the way, it's got to be one of the worst airport beef over up to our final destination.
-
We're all just stopping for me.
-
This also seems like a pretty good time to introduce the characters of this adventure.
-
Obviously, you guys know economy, and this is our placement study.
-
Amazing.
-
Chevy sent players, of course, that will be coming up soon enough anyway.
-
Bit of North Carolina since probably end of high school beginning of university when I did a road trip from Toronto all the way down to Georgia.
-
It's pretty nice hotel, but first things first.
-
Overall, it's a pretty nice bathroom, and the room itself is actually quite spacious.
-
Nice was also a coffee machine, which is important.
-
I love the name of this coffee to pure elevation, Fancy wall art, nifty lights.
-
And this room has an insane number of U.
-
S.
-
Beef Room tours are not my forte, but you get the point is looking like it's gonna be a fun event I'm gonna get changed and trying to fight off some of the jet lag by hitting the gym for a little bit and then grabbing a quick shower.
-
I didn't bring my tanked up scared of missing in a shower anyway.
-
I don't always exercise on arrival, and I never jog, but it's a good way to get a peek at the area so I could get used to it.
-
I never mentioned that I hate jogging.
-
Theo.
-
Exercise really does help fight the jet lag, though, and it puts me in a much better mood, especially after all that travel was like a quick 15 minute, then Jim even quicker.
-
Two kilometers out there, we have a dinner up in like about an hour so quick shower on dinner.
-
Let's take a pic of schedule.
-
So tomorrow Friday, there's a kind of like a panel.
-
Show me sand with Kiki, followed by an autograph.
-
So that's a schedule literally almost time for me.
-
Head down for dinner.
-
The way the weirdest part about this whole thing so far is I've been in America like 67 hours, and I've heard nothing with Japanese the entire time.
-
They've even prepared special and amazement drinks for us.
-
Go Cruise Phiri, The alchemist.
-
Sailor Moon I think I'm gonna have to go with Go Crew right out of the gate is go through way.
-
One of guys like 7 30 in the morning.
-
I got but around six to do some editing and homes facing a bit like making about the hotel I tried to decline.
-
Room service is much as possible just to cut down on waste hassle.
-
And before we head out for the day, I got a quickly run out and grab a few things.
-
Thing is probably the most dramatic warning sign I think I've ever seen.
-
Like Japan tend to go pretty cute on the warning signs.
-
So you forget that warning signs warning Smart food later.
-
Later.
-
And I totally forgot the coffee this morning.
-
Thank you.
-
Mission complete.
-
Never go grab some coffee and meet the girls breakfast.
-
Also part of me wants to try one of these scooters while I'm here.
-
I also know there a plague on most cities.
-
They don't contribute that way.
-
Used to scythe.
-
You know one thing that is always in my mind every single time I come out to defend this every single time I have the opportunity to travel like this is all mostly just how short lived.
-
All of it has the possibility to be.
-
This could all be over tomorrow.
-
Who knows?
-
I could get sick.
-
I could get injured jobs, kids, Who knows what could happen in life.
-
So every single time I have the opportunity to come out to something.
-
I guess I spend the entire time just wrapped in such immense gratitude for the fact that I get to be here.
-
So gratitude.
-
All right.
-
Gonna grab breakfast with the girls in the green room before we head out for the day.
-
Actually get this City had breakfast with Sailor Moon.
-
So that's a real thing that just happened never in my life that that would be happening.
-
Also, one of the key differences to this particular event is they have kicking more than anything kind of teaching about the shamisen along the way.
-
So it's it's more mix.
-
It's almost barely a performing still sounds just probably one of the more challenging sound checks.
-
So far.
-
The sound check is wrapped up, and while I was here, something interesting hit me that I wanted to share with you guys the very first time that I ever actually listened to live to get a semi said Music was when my little brother Alexander brought me out to a convention just like this one in Washington a couple years back.
-
Excuse the mysterious lighting, but it was actually a performance by the ocean or brothers, one that kind of inspired the life I have now.
-
And here I am, 10 years later, bringing chummy 10 players out to an event like this.
-
This is just This is probably a much heavier and deeper story that I should have saved for a more emotional moment, but I realized it now.
-
I wanted to share it now, and it just I might be processing that for, like the rest of the day trip, never ending fun.
-
And this is Joe.
-
I know.
-
Good was it was good.
-
I'd like it better in person than on your video, your videos, a good something.
-
A lot of people say, because you can't capture that on video can just There's something lost.
-
Also, it's like 35 degrees Celsius right now, and the girls are fully decked out in kimono.
-
It's not very often that frees offers you have meant right?
-
Right.
-
So, like for Joyce?
-
God, I get you don't get that very video.
-
Amazing view more than anything today.
-
Just kind of been of log and us just having some fun together.
-
It It's been a while since I've done one of these.
-
I'm glad.
-
I'm glad that we got to do this.
